Leadership of senior management team, profitable growth and expansion of service offering which extends through construction, 3D BIM and construction disputes in EOT and forensic planning.
Experience
In addition to business leadership day to day involvement in key client accounts and rolling programme of construction dispute resolution assignments. Project examples:
St Barts and the London Hospitals (c£1b) – DM, as part of the PFI arrangement designed management on the rebuild of part of St Barts and the new construction of the London Hospitals;
St. Pancras Hotel (c£120m) – DM, redevelopment of iconic Grade I listed hotel in heart of London;
The Francis Crick Institute (c£60m) – PM, development of new state of the art and laboratories facilities near the British Library;
Buxmead Residential (c£60m) – PM, new high class residential developments in North London;
Stratford City (c£80m) – DM, planning and logistics advice on new mixed residential tower and hotel;
Various disputes as EOT expert – assignments generally confidential.
Key Roles
Team leadership and resource utilisation, ensuring best practice and quality of client service through an established reporting structure. Development and adaption of market leading planning tools and software. Business targets and recruitment of key personnel to underpin business aims and retain and grow client relationships and work stream opportunities.
