Experience
With 40 years of experience as a business leader heading up business operations and client portfolios including a number of multi-million-pound contracts. Boasting a long and distinguished career in construction, being director and managing director of well-known construction businesses and property developers. He started his career with Trollope and Colls, progressing through to site manager, joined John Lelliott, where he worked up to Group Construction Director and after a period with Bovis became MD of Bowmer and Kirkland. Previous experience includes major fit outs for Glaxo BP residential projects (650 units in Greenwich) and major data centres in Amsterdam, London and Paris.

As an established professional, Ian is well known with TfL as a Strategic Director, working most recently on the now completed Northern Line Extension and the early optioneering stages of a major Bakerloo Line extension. His main roles currently sit with:
